Our 2010 Yearling Partnerships have been formed and shares are now being offered for sale.
All Play Dynamic Duo, LLC owns two nice yearlings, a colt and a filly. Shares are priced at $1,825. One share, a ten percent interest, will be retained by All Play Stable, and fifteen shares (each one a six percent ownership interest) are available for purchase. All Play Ladies First, LLC owns two pretty fillies. Shares are priced at $1,175. One share, a ten percent interest, has been retained by All Play Stable, and fifteen shares (each one a six percent ownership interest) are available for purchase. Other All Play Stable Active Partnerships
Painted Ponies was formed in January of 2008. This eight-share partnership started with two horses but now owns one - ”Sabrejet,” a three year-old gelding. All Play Stable retained ownership of one share and the remaining seven shares were sold.
All Play Big Orange, LLC was formed in early 2009. Big Orange owns two two year-old colts, ”Laffin’ Place” and “Starliner.“ There are sixteen shares in the Partnership. One share, a ten percent interest, has been retained by All Play Stable, and fifteen shares (each a six percent interest) were offered for sale. All shares have been sold.
All Play Fancy-Free Fillies, LLC was formed in October of 2009. Fancy Free owns two three year-old fillies, Silver Minted and Mirthful Flirt. Both fillies are in training and are being pointed to their first start, which we believe will be in early 2010. One share, a ten percent interest, has been retained by All Play Stable, and ten shares (each a nine percent interest) were offered for sale. All shares have been sold.
