Our Record Speaks For Itself!
From 1990 through 1992 we organized racing partnerships and raced under the name of Ryedale Plantation. This was our first and only prior attempt at forming public racing partnerships.
During that period we raced a total of twenty-five horses in various partnerships. Collectively, the horses made a total of 217 starts, ninety-percent of which were in the best company – maiden-allowance, conditioned allowance, or stakes races !
Our horses won 17% of their races, and they were ‘in the money’ 43% of the time, compiling a record of 36 wins, 32 seconds, and 26 thirds.
We had total earnings of $858,597, an average-per-start of $3,957, 300% above the national average !
Twenty-one horses made their first career start in our colors. Seven won at first-asking – 33% !
Twenty-two percent were stakes horses. Twelve percent were stakes winners.
